We do not offer any refunds at ClickDealCart. In the event of any refund, we will only issue a STORE CREDIT that can be used for future purchases from our store. However, in certain cases where the customer does not wish to make future purchases and requires a monetary refund to their bank account, the request may be approved by the admin only if it is a valid request.

After receiving the parcel, we recommend taking an opening video to claim a refund in the following cases to ensure a smooth process. We have implemented these measures to prevent fraudulent claims. We kindly request your cooperation in order to provide the best service possible.
If the order is confirmed by us and we are unable to ship the product due to reasons such as the product being out of stock, we will issue a refund to the customer. Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for the refund to be transferred.
In the above cases, we will arrange the return shipment. In the event that we are unable to arrange the return pickup, we expect you to send it back through a reliable postal service with proper packing. Please note that this is applicable in very rare cases.
For product returns due to receiving the wrong or damaged item, we will arrange the return. If return pickup is not available from our side, you must be able to courier it back to us. When shipping the item back, we recommend packing the product in the same condition it was received to ensure a smooth refund process. If you are shipping it back per kg, we will reimburse Rs. 50 only. Therefore, we suggest sending it back to us through India Post or any reliable courier service.
Please note that returns are not applicable for products purchased from the mega warehouse clearance sale.
